What time can I load in?

Load-in starts at 7 a.m. Sunday Feb. 26, 2012. There are several ways to come into the convention area, please see the Unloading section. Click here for a schematic of the property.

 

Can I come in on Saturday night?

We can make some special arrangements - possibly... but no promises. But check with Stacy. Also, we're not responsible for any valuables you leave overnight. The ballroom will be locked but sometimes things happen, so save the valuables for Sunday.

 

Where can we get something to eat?

There are several restaurants and a great buffet at Buffalo Thunder. They're open Sunday a.m.

 

Does being an Expo vendor mean I'm in the Wedding Guide?

No, unfortunately, we don't do a program for this show because of its size.

 

Does being an Expo vendor mean my business is listed on the website?

We have Expo vendors and links to your sites and/or emails listed in 3 separate pages (Who's going to be there / Prizes given away at the Expo  / Find your favorite businesses at the Expo ) on the WeddingGuideNM.com site. Please check the links to make sure that they're all going to the right pages.

Announcing prizes during the Expo

If you've got a prize you'd like to give away, let us know on Sunday a.m. Please write it down and put your name on the paper too and we'll announce it before / after the fashion shows. If you'd like us to do some kind of game to win it, we'll be happy to do that - or we can just pick names out of any container you've collected names.
