Vendor Information Packet
Right now, we're working away on the packet of information for the biggest wedding show in New Mexico.
This year we're having 2 vendor training sessions, put on by Exhib-it! These will help you understand how to approach people, how to set up your booth, how to qualify your leads as well as how to follow up - plus tradeshow experts you can get to answer all of your questions. The first one - on Tuesday, Jan. 10 - will be at Exhib-it!, 6207 Pan American Freeway NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109. Call them at 828-0574. This will be a 2-hour presentation. The second meeting will be on Wednesday, Jan. 11 at Hard Rock, following the vendor information meeting. It will be a shortened presentation, lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour. Don't worry, we'll get all of your questions answered. We want you to be ready for the show!
The packet will include details from:
- loading
- parking
- booth setup
- vendor meetings
- the floorplan
- who to call if you need extra things in your booth
all the little details that you’ll find helpful before you start the show. It also includes info on the list that will be coming your way a few days after the show and restrictions on its use.
Once we have it online, you’ll be able to download the packet as a pdf. If you have any problems in downloading it, please let us know and we’ll email it to you directly.
