Load-in begins at 7 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 22. If you have special needs, we'll see if we can get you in on Saturday - but that might not be possible and we aren't held liable for anything you might leave in the ballroom.

 

Hard Rock has two loading docks and we'll be posting a schematic of the parking and loading area a little later.

 

We're going to assign you which loading dock to come to based on your booth location - making it only 1/2 of the vendors coming in each door and all of them getting closer to their booths.

 

Once we get the floorplan more in place, we'll be able to tell you what we're doing for the unloading.

 

But there are no security badges needed, no forms to fill out and we'll be back there to help.

 

This should make it an easy start to a great show.

 

Hard Rock Hotel Albuquerque is located just off I-25, 7 minutes south of downtown Albuquerque. Take Exit 215 for NM-47 S. Merge onto NM-47 S / Broadway Blvd. SE and turn south. Hard Rock is less than 1 mile on the north side of Broadway.

 

The Expo will be in the conference center of the Hard Rock Hotel Albuquerque, on its southern end. This is the entrance for the hotel lobby, which is a separate entrance from the casino.

 

Plentiful free parking is available on the side of the hotel - the south side of the complex.
